Our expectations were exceeded during our stay at Country Inn and Suites in Green Bay. Location was great. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean and welcoming. Complimentary coffee or tea by the doors was a welcomed touch! It was always stocked and the area was spotless. The pool area was spacious and the pool, spa and baby area were clean and well maintained. We were most pleased and are still raving about the breakfast! It was a fantastic setup, and there were so many choices: from 4 types of cereal, to eggs + hashbrowns + sausage, to fresh fruits, oatmeal, yogurt and a waffle station and more!! There was no need to go out for breakfast, which made mornings easy and comfortable, as they should be! The staff did an amazing job of keeping things stocked and keeping the dining area spotless for each guest to enjoy. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. We enjoyed having a fridge and microwave available. Housekeeping interactions were warm, friendly, and helpful. There were amenities that we didn't use; such as: on-site laundry, gym and vending machines, but it was nice to know they were an option. All of our needs were met. All of our expectations were exceeded.

The breakfast room was nicely tucked away from foot traffic, unlike most other places I’ve stayed. Also, regarding the elevator. In most of the places I’ve stayed where I was on the second floor or above, the elevator takes forever to operate. Push the button and wait too long for the door to open. Step on and wait too long for the door to close. Then creep slowly upward, then when it finally stops, wait forever for the door to open. I really appreciate this elevator working quickly!

The staff were really great, especially Anna the housekeeping inspector! She went out of her way to give us a ride to Lambeau Field because we missed the free shuttle that was offered! The rooms were very clean and the Continental hot breakfast was included! Loved the fact that we did not have to check out until noon! Kudos to Anna for helping us have a spectacular fun experience at the game! Will highly recommend this hotel!

The location is great for us. This hotel had been remodeled within the past four years and it seems to be holding up pretty well. I had an issue with the toilet and it was taken care of the same day. The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff took care of business even when there were many people eating at the same time.
